Culture governs behavior and behavior determines cybersecurity
In his book, Cybersecurity Leadership, Author and professor Mansur Hasib describes how to strategically manage systems and technology to maximize confidentiality, integrity and availability using a balanced mix of people, policy and technology. At the Los Angeles Privacy and Security Forumon May 11, Hasib will share his research that shows how people are the most critical component of any cybersecurity strategy. Using Real-Time, Data-Driven Predictive Analytics for Care Management
William Wood and Jessica Taylor will present their work at the Pop Health Forum in Boston, May 19-20. In this case study, two clinical leaders from St. Joseph Healthcare in Bangor, Maine, a 112-bed acute care community hospital, will explain how they use predictive analytics to improve care and lower cost. Powered by real-time clinical and utilization data from Maine’s statewide HIE, St. Joseph's is able to identify patients at risk for serious illness, high cost, and repeat service.
