HIMSS Foundation, the philanthropic arm of HIMSS, promotes health information and technology education and issue awareness on both global and national levels. In the past five years, the HIMSS Foundation has awarded $250,000+ in scholarships to more than 50 exceptional management systems, nursing and informatics students. In 2018, we were able to supply 12 students with internships.

As a self-supported entity, the Foundation requires donations to continue its transformative work. By donating, you can help us increase this number and create more opportunities for future leaders in the field. Gifts from our donors support the Institute for e-Health Policy, HIMSS scholarships, the TIGER Initiative, the Dorenfest Institute for Health, and a variety of other special projects.
