Elin Høyvik Kindingstad has 10 years' experience with e-health, and 20+ years' experience with digitization of public services. She is currently Director of Citizen og Health personnel services at Directorate for e-health. Previous experience includes Enterprise architecture and Portfolio Management. In 2020 Elin was responsible for delivering the first road map for Norwegian national e-health solutions.

Elin and her department works on a national strategic level with different issues regarding EHRs, as well as creating better digital health services for patients and their relatives. She believes in design thinking and the holistic view to bring about digital transformation. She is also an advocate for remote patient monitoring and hospital at home as one of the main drivers for digital transformation.
