Oversee the people, processes and technologies within BAB IT functions to maintain performance and delivery outcomes that supports the goals of the business. Playing a key leadership role in the critical strategic, technical and management initiatives for customer experience and leveraging data with consideration to mitigate threats and drive business growth.
