Dr. Maarten Spinhoven, Acting Head of the Radiology, Antwerp University  Hospital, Belgium: Maarten graduated with a Bachelor and Masters degree with honours in Medicine from the University of Antwerp and has since developed a subspecialty in thoracic, abdominal and interventional imaging during 13 years in the radiology department at Antwerp University Hospital.

Maarten has been a member of Antwerp University Hospital’s medical council since 2012, and radiology lead for the development and implementation of the new hospital-wide electronic medical record system since 2017. He is a dedicated radiologist with a growing interest in development and integration of medical imaging software and business solutions.
