C-CDA Documents Provide the Building Blocks for Meaningful Exchange
C-CDA Documents are a promising vehicle for interoperability, though misconceptions are common. Read Health Story Project member Nick Mahurin’s blog post on these documents, which can be leveraged for more meaningful data exchange. Many know and utilize the Continuity of Care Document (CCD), but Nick points to other document types that can better serve specific use cases for exchange.
