As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, governments, companies, and healthcare providers are coming to grips with a seismic shift in care delivery. As a safety measure during the early stages of the pandemic healthcare providers across the globe switched to methods of delivering virtual care including telemedicine. Many of these digital methods were enabled by regulatory and statutory waivers or exemptions. As healthcare seeks to redefine the “new normal” insights from the consumer perspective on their preferences regarding, cost, privacy, trust and features is more valuable than ever in helping to inform a healthcare systems that meets consumers needs and expectations.
