Jack is a health economist with experience in health economics and mixed methods evaluations. He is driven by the belief that a health economic approach will benefit the NHS and patients.

He is currently leading a programme of work looking to promote the use of allocative effieincy in the NHS through the STAR (Socio-Technical Allocation of Resources) method. This involves combing a few data points into a simple and easy to use digital tool with decision conferences.
