Big Data and Healthcare Analytics Forum Days Away
The Big Data & Healthcare Analytics Forum, Monday and Tuesday, brings together thought leaders from across the nation to show you how they did it, highlight their roadblocks and successes and answer your questions. Join us for two highly targeted days of healthcare-focused insights and discover how to get ahead of the curve in the transition to value-based care. Registration is still available.

Call for Proposals: HIMSS Digital and Connected Health Event
HIMSS is accepting speaker proposals for the Digital and Personal Connected Health @ HIMSS 17 event in Orlando on Feb. 19-20.The event is a collaboration between MobiHealthNews and the Personal Connected Health Alliance (PCHA). The two-day event will include keynotes, leadership panels and case studies. Sessions will explore the promise of digital/connected health and demonstrate how innovative healthcare organizations are using apps, patient generated health data, telemedicine and remote patient-monitoring initiatives to improve care, reduce the cost of healthcare and engage patients. HIMSS Revenue Cylce Solutions Summit Call for Proposals Open
HIMSS is accepting topic and speaker proposals for the Revenue Cycle Solutions Summit in Orlando, Feb. 19. This event will focus on the key issues and challenges that healthcare providers and payers face as the industry transitions to Obamacare and other new value-based/risk-sharing reimbursement models. A key focus will address how providers are using health IT to drive improvement and efficiency throughout the revenue cycle, especially with data and analytics. Best Practices. Case Studies. Solutions. Case studies and real-life solutions are a priority for the audience to 200+ payer and provider revenue cycle leaders. The deadline to submit a proposal is Nov. 4.

HIMSS Cloud Computing Forum: Call-for-Proposals
Calling all healthcare payer and provider organizations with a great story to tell about cloud computing: HIMSS and Healthcare IT News are accepting speaking proposals for the inaugural Cloud Computing Forum on Feb. 19 at the HIMSS Annual Conference in Orlando. How does cloud computing allow healthcare organizations to, among other things, better manage limited resources, reduce costs, enhance workflow, improve patient care? When it comes to the cloud, what's fact and what's fiction? What key factors figure into moving or not moving to the cloud? Is the cloud right for everyone? The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, Nov. 4.

Connected Health Conference Program Online Now! The 2016 Connected Health Conference will take place on Dec. 11-14 at the Gaylord National Resort in the Washington D.C. Area.

Share Your HIE Organization's Story: Participate in a HIMSS HIE Case Study
The HIMSS FY17 HIE Case Studies Task Force is looking for representatives from Health Information Exchange Organizations interested in being interviewed for HIE-focused Case Studies this fiscal year. This is an opportunity to showcase your HIE Organization's successes and lessons learned with the greater Interoperability and Health Information Exchange Community. To volunteer to be interviewed for an HIE Case Study, please complete the short survey by Friday, Nov. 4.

HIMSS17 Call for Posters
HIMSS17 poster sessions are a great way to catch up on the latest research on a wide assortment of select topical issues! Submit a proposal by filling out a brief submission form. Submissions will close Oct. 25. Following a peer review selection process, selections will be announced in mid-November. Physician Executive IT Symposium, Nursing Informatics Symposium and Emerging Professionals Posters will be displayed at HIMSS17 in Orlando, Florida, and the primary presenter will receive complimentary symposium or conference registration.
