This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Like many organizations, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). However, if you are a business customer with whom we have entered into a data processing agreement for the provision of corporate services to you, then you would be the "data controller" and we would be the "data processor" under European data protection laws since we would be processing data on your behalf in accordance with your instructions.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
