Event Registration

A government-issues photo ID will be required to pick up your badge on-site. Badge pickup will be available at the registration desk located in the Southern entrance:

• Tuesday, 6 June 2023     14:00 - 18:00
• Wednesday, 7 June 2023: 09:00 - 19:00
• Thursday, 8 June 2023: 08:00 - 18:30
• Friday, 9 June 2023: 08:00 - 15:30

 

Cloakroom

A coat and bag check is located to the right of registration in the foyer.

 

First Aid Point

Please seek the nearest HIMSS Staff member, volunteer, or security member if you require medical assistance.

 

Emergencies

Call 112 and notify any HIMSS staff member or venue employee.

 

Press Room

Press registered with the event are invited to stop by in room 1.02 for a refreshment or a place to work.

 

Speaker Room

To check in with the programme team and confirm everything is set for your presentation, please go to room 1.10 (Speakers room)

 

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available on site during the event. Connect to HIMSS23 – No Password is required.
